Delivery and installation of new portable buildings and modular buildings has been very busy this month.

New single 20’ x 8’ and multiple bay modular buildings have been delivered and installed across the length and breadth of the country.

Alistair Sutherland of the Southerland spread family, and owner of Granny Mary’s Original Recipes in Chesterfield contacted us to assist in the design of his new terrine factory. A building consisting of four 20’ x 8’ bays and two 10’ x 8’ bays was installed inside an existing unit in early February. The factory was running and producing by early March.

Profect Training in Hull also wanted a building to go inside an existing structure to form an instant training classroom.

Southern Cranes in Horsham, West Sussex collected and provided the onsite crane for the installation of their four-bay building.

Jack Tighe took delivery of a four-module extension to their existing building in Govan.

WS Transportations new site in Chesterfield has a five-bay building for use as 24-hour security and driver facilities, with toilets & showers and making good use of the full height windows in the drivers recreation room and security office.

Five bays for Elite Scaffolding in Rochester were installed on a scaffolding platform.

JP Training in Barry have a two-bay modular building with full height windows.

A D Woodley in Rugby have two single buildings which they have stacked.

Puffin Produce in Haverfordwest, took delivery of a second ten bay building which has been placed on top of their existing office, doubling the capacity without loosing any further space in the depot.

Breedon Aggregates in Dowlow Quarry have a two-story building, three bays on the bottom and one office on the top.

EV Exports, a cash for clothes company took delivery of their eighth building this time in Romford. Southend Farm in Waltham Abbey also took a single building, they are a kennels, cattery, livery yard and fishing lake.  PCS in Leek, Staffordshire used jackpads ( www.jackpad.co.uk ) for the foundations. Robinsons Bobcats in Ripon took a single office with toilet. Brooklands Sand & Gravel in St Austell returned for a second time taking delivery of a new 20’ x 8’ canteen / changing room & shower along side a pre-used toilet block.

Delivery of pre-used portable buildings included deliveries of 32’ x 10’ Anti-Vandal Buildings to PKS Southern in Grays, JJ Rattigan in Hackney (taking a total of five through the month), Proplant in Brentwood, Ray Podmore Contracts in Doncaster, Actual Support Services in London, Mr D Waterhouse in Doncaster, Steve Smart Support in Stockport and SCC Design in Stockport.

Smaller pre-used portable buildings include deliveries to Eliston Homes in Holmfirth, Highgrove Beds in Liversage, Two toilet blocks to Dumfries and Galloway Council, FCCE in Co Sligo, Shingle Cosntruction in Shrewsbury, Alford Tech in Westbury sub Mendip, The Health & Safety Laboratory in Buxton, Holmwood Securities in Molden, Urban Design in Chesterfield, Eclipse First in Doncaster, Moorhurst Interiors in Dorking, Pharos Support in Oldbury and Watchtower also returned this month and took delivery of two pre-used storage containers.
