Spring has sprung and April has been busy. We have delivered a total of 44 new buildings this month and 34 pre-used.

SSE (Slough Heat & Power) took delivery of a mixture of pre-used and new buildings at Slough power station. Pre-used 32’ x 10’ canteens and drying rooms have been double stacked at the base of one of the cooling towers.  Four new 20’ x 8’ units are in use as offices and laboratory. Six 20’ x 8’ containers completed the site.

Snows Timber in Sutton In Ashfield have taken delivery of a new four bay modular building. The building briefly comprised of a large open plan office with kitchen area and male & female toilets.

Puffin Produce of Haverfordwest returned for a single 20’ x 8’ unit with additional windows fitted.

W S Transportation took a two-story, six on six modular building at their site in Winsford. The building had an internal staircase, male & female toilets, kitchen area and offices. And a single story five bay building for their new site in Stoke on Trent. They used the long-fixed windows to give a clear view across both sites.

Newline Civils in Leicester have a new open plan 3 bay modular building, and a once used 20’ shipping container to stand alongside.

EV Exports (Cash 4 Clothes) have taken delivery of their third new 20’ x 8’ unit this year. Bring the total to eight supplied…so far.

O’Shea & Sons, took delivery of a new 20’ x 8’ unit for their quarry site in Hayfield.

Mark Thompson Haulage collected three new 20’ x 8’ units in kit form for their own assembly.

A seven-bay modular building was installed at the Ford Engine Plant in Dagenham for a returning customer.

Optima Logistics took delivery of a three-bay canteen unit, two bay offices and two single 20’ x 8’ changing rooms to their new depot in Daventry.



Pre-used deliveries this month include: –

Dumfries and Galloway Council returned for some more pre-used buildings. A 21’ x 8’ anti-vandal office and a 2+1 toilet block were delivered to Stranraer.

J Coffey Construction took delivery of a lined 20’ x 8’ container to Facebook HQ in Ireland.

IWJS have a pre-used 24’ x 9’ welfare building delivered to their Dartford site… “Thank you for ensuring that this unit arrived on time and in a clean and immediately usable condition. It has certainly made Ray’s job a lot easier and we should have this depot up and running in no time.”

Mount St John Sporting have taken delivery of two 24’ storage containers complete with racking to their estate in Hawnby Moor in The North Yorks Moors National Park.

Cleveland Containers collected two pre-used 21’ anti-vandal units.

Mone Bros – Plant Hire from Leeds. Took a site set up of Two 21’ x 9’ Offices, a 21’ x 8’ Canteen / Drying Room, 12’ x 9’ 2+1 Toilet and effluent tank.

Hutton Stone have a 21’ x 8’ anti-vandal unit in Fishwick near Berwick upon Tweed.

Had Fab in East Lothian collected a 32’ x 10’ Toilet Block and 32’ x 10’ Canteen with fitted kitchen.

Sapcote Garden Centre in Leicester took delivery of a 32’ x 10’ Office / Canteen unit and a 2+1 toilet block for their new venture.

R L Davies of Colwyn Bay took delivery of two 32’ x 10’ anti-vandal units to their site in Denbigh.

The ARC Group in Chippenham have a 32’ x 10’ container unit with office at the rear.
