16 Bays have been installed at Farditch Farm holiday complex in Chelmorton, Derbyshire, inside a redundant farm building, after careful planning to utilize the existing space.
Internally the buildings have been lined with 100mm of insulation and dry board lined to give a smooth finish.
Inside ten bays we have created a large reception area with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the 5-star all season touring park, an office, kitchen fitted with oven, hob, microwave, two sinks, washing machine, tumble dryer & fridge freezer.
Luxury Gents & Ladies toilets and showers with vanity hand basins, hand and hair dryers, as well as a spacious disabled access toilet & shower area.
The exterior of the building has been timber clad around the standard tilt & turn & full-length windows and doors, to compliment the new luxury holiday complex which sleeps 22 people.
