Our new modular buildings are perfect for any project

1st May 2018

Creating a spacious reception area with floor to ceiling windows, an office, fitted kitchen including a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer, as well as a luxury toilet and shower facility in the heart of the Peak District, may sound like an unachievable goal that would cost a fortune and take months, if not years to accomplish.

But, what if we told you that the whole project would be cost-effective and take a matter of weeks to complete?

That is what we helped our client at Farditch Farm achieve using our new portable modular buildings.

Whilst portable modular buildings may be used predominantly as office containers or construction site storage and workspaces, our modular buildings can be used for many different types projects beyond the construction sector, from portable sleeper units, portable toilet and shower cabins to extra office space, we’ve got you covered.

Over the years we have developed into one of the UK’s leading specialist portable building providers and we can ensure that, with the correct planning and design, our new modular buildings can be used for a host of different projects, including taking a business to the next level as we have done by providing luxury facilities for a 5-star leisure establishment such as Farditch Farm.

As Farditch Farm was a high-end cottage complex, it needed to provide outstanding facilities that would complement their newly renovated barn conversion, whilst providing employees and guests with a reception and office area that mirrored the holiday complex’s high standards.

This project saw our team of portable modular building specialists install 16 high-quality modular units inside an old disused farm building. This helped the client maximise the space available to them on site and allowed the exterior of the units to remain in-keeping with the other buildings in the area, whilst ensuring there was minimal impact on the business during the delivery and assembly of the units.

The new portable units that we assembled on site consisted of several units that will provide additional accommodation alongside the cottages. We also assembled and installed an array of portable shower and toilet cabins as part of the project.

Our portable shower and toilet cabins, and the units providing additional accommodation have provided Farditch Farm with a cost-effective means of ensuring they have all the essential facilities that customers wishing to use the on-site caravan park and those looking to utilise the additional accommodation alongside their caravan might expect from such a high-quality cottage complex..

Our manufacturing process means that we can assemble our modular buildings in a controlled environment, allowing us to achieve the highest possible levels of quality, without external influences that could delay construction, like the weather.

It also means that we can minimise the time needed on your site as we can load the modular buildings onto a wide array of vehicles and deliver them to you as soon as they’re ready for installation.

Whatever your project needs may be, whether your portable buildings will be used for luxury accommodation, extra learning space for your school or you need an innovative accommodation solution fast, we can have your project completed in a much shorter period of time compared to traditional structures.

Our new modular buildings are also constructed using materials that are durable, affording you the benefit of a quicker project turnaround, and peace of mind, allowing you to rest assured that your new modular buildings will be standing firm for many years to come, no matter the weather.

We currently have a wide range of new modular buildings for sale and our team would love to help you and your business make the most of our portable modular building solutions.
