Modular buildings are a simple, quick and effect remedy to your accommodation needs. The buildings have been used as offices, canteens, changing rooms, classrooms and much more.

A 7 Bay building includes as standard:-

• Fourteen 800mm x 1100mm double glazed tilt & swing PVCu windows with insulated aluminium roller shutters.
• Two outward opening aluminium insulated door
• ISO Roof panels
• Composite steel wall panels
• Insulation – Non combustible mineral wool ·Walls 60 mm, Ceiling 60 mm, Floor 100 mm
• Water resistant cement resin floor (no timber)
• Single piece pvc flooring (in each module)
• Flush ceiling mounted consumer unit (in each module)
• Fourteen ceiling mounted fluorescent lights (two in each module)
• Flush mounted power sockets.
• Assembled to your floor plan (door and window positions are interchangeable)
• Full one year manufacturers warranty

Each building is built to an agreed floor plan, extra doors, windows, toilets, kitchen area and internal partitions can be added during assembly.

We can arrange delivery to your site with crane vehicle to place the modules on your prepared base. We can also provide a fitter on site to connect and weatherproof the building, leaving it ready for you to connect the services.
