Separate entrance door into toilet area approx 4′ x 8′ / 1.2m x 2.4m including mains flushing toilet pan, hand basin with cold tap and electric water heater. Mirror, towel ring, toilet roll holder and extractor fan are all standard.

The toilet door can be internal from the office or external to keep the office private.

Lease hire available over 3 years from only £31.45 per week or over 5 years from £47.35 per week (STS)
