Each 20’ x 8’ Open Plan Building Includes:

  • Two 800mm x 1100mm double glazed tilt & swing PVCU windows with insulated aluminium roller shutters.
  • Outward opening aluminium insulated door
  • ISO Roof panel
  • Composite steel wall panels
  • Insulation – Non combustible mineral wool ·Walls 60 mm, Ceiling 60 mm, Floor 100 mm
  • Water resistant cement resin floor (no timber)
  • Single piece PVC flooring
  • Flush ceiling mounted consumer unit
  • Two ceiling mounted fluorescent lights
  • Flush mounted power sockets.
  • Assembled to your floor plan (door and window positions are interchangeable)
  • 1000 mm base unit (cupboard), stainless steel sink, cold tap, electric water heater & worktop.
  • Full one year manufacturers warranty

Extra windows can be added at £550.00 each

Extra doors can be added at £450.00 each

Modules can be linked together with a simple linking kit (priced at £550.00) to make large open plan office complexes.

Delivery & Installation

For new modular buildings, the TF Jackson team can provide guidance on lead times and delivery arrangements. Once the building is manufactured, we can help coordinate delivery to your site.

Delivery and installation arrangements will depend on the location, access and site preparation. For example, if the building is being delivered to a construction site, we can work with your team to understand the site logistics and ensure the delivery process runs smoothly.

Our goal is to make the delivery and installation process as seamless as possible, helping you establish site offices or operational workspace quickly and efficiently.
