Toilet – (approx 1.2 x 2.4) Mains flushing toilet with hand basin, cold tap, electric hand wash, mirror, towel holder, soap dish, toilet roll holder, tube heater, light fitting & single glazed obscure high level window.

Shower – (approx 1.2 x 2.4) Tray with electric shower unit, curtain, coat hooks, tube heater, light fitting & single glazed, obscure high level window

Kitchen – (approx 3.6 x 2.4) 1000 mm base unit, stainless steel single drainer sink, cold tap, 7ltr wall mounted water heater, worktop with double socket above & below. Two double glazed tilt & turn windows with aluminium roller shutters externally.
