Ten Bay Open Plan New Modular Building – ideal for use as large office complex, canteen, classrooms etc.

External measurements 80’/25mtrs x 20’/6mtrs.

This building is provided open plan for your own ‘fit-out’ on site, or we can install toilets, kitchenettes, internal partitions, and extra doors and windows to an agreed floor plan prior to despatch.

Delivery to your site on crane vehicle to unload onto your prepared base can be arranged. We can also provide fitter(s) on site to connect and weatherproof the building leaving it ready for you to connect your services.

A standard ten bay open plan building includes :-

Twenty 800mm x 1100mm double glazed tilt & swing PVCu windows with insulated aluminium roller shutters.

Two outward opening aluminium insulated door

ISO Roof panels

Composite steel wall panels

Insulation – Non combustible mineral wool ·Walls 60 mm, Ceiling 60 mm, Floor 100 mm

Water resistant cement resin floor (no timber)

Single piece pvc flooring (in each module)

Flush ceiling mounted consumer unit (in each module)

Twenty ceiling mounted fluorescent lights (two in each module)

Flush mounted power sockets.

Assembled to your floor plan (door and window positions are interchangeable)
