The customer required additional kitchen space for the catering operation of an award-winning visitor attraction.
The project had its challenges. Not only did the new building have to be raised 1.3m but it also couldn’t be attached to the listed building. We used our extensive knowledge and contacts to help solve some of the problems that are intrinsic in a project of this type. When choosing suppliers the customer made it a priority to choose businesses like ours that will still be supportive to their clients when the project is completed and I’ve moved on to the next one.

I’m pleased to report there haven’t been any major issues with the buildings but when requested they have attended to some small niggles immediately. Unfortunately, there are companies out there that promise the earth to get the business and then completely abdicate any responsibility for their product once their invoice has been paid.
