Locking door into airy office 16′ x 8′ with two 800mm x 1100mm tilt & swing UPVC framed double glazed windows with external aluminium roller blinds – The photos show several different configurations with side and end doors depending on the customers requirements.
Separate entrance door into toilet area approx 4′ x 8′ / 1.2m x 2.4m including mains flushing toilet pan, hand basin with cold tap and electric water heater. Mirror, towel ring, toilet roll holder and extractor fan are all standard.
The toilet door can be internal from the office or external to keep the office private.
