David from Dove Marine / Tyneside Estates contacted us to discuss options for an administration office and toilet block to service up to four other businesses.

A single building with five external doors was designed each housing a mains flushing toilet, hand basin, cold tap, electric hand wash, mirror, towel holder, soap dish, toilet roll holder, light fitting, tube heater & extractor fan.

And a second building with a door leading into a small reception area with a sliding window, and a larger administration office with a kitchenette. Both units were sprayed dark green to match the surrounding buildings.
