The customer required additional kitchen space for the catering operation of an award-winning visitor attraction.

The project had its challenges. Not only did the new building have to be raised 1.3m but it also couldn’t be attached to the listed building. We used our extensive knowledge and contacts to help solve some of the problems that are intrinsic in a project of this type. When choosing suppliers the customer made it a priority to choose businesses like ours that will still be supportive to their clients when the project is completed and I’ve moved on to the next one.
